Kevin trained at the Ecolé Philippe Gaulier and with John Wright on the BA Acting Course at Middlesex University. Theatre credits include: Beneath the Blue Rinse (Park Theatre); Spiral (Jermyn Street Theatre); The Ragged Child (Royal Theatre, Northampton); Flat 73 (Cheltenham Everyman Theatre); Whose Story Is It Anyway? (Theatre Royal, Bury St. Edmunds); Facing It Out (Told by an Idiot, BAC); Madame Tellier’s Establishment (Trestle TC, Gardner Arts Centre, Brighton); Seven Ages (Stephen Joseph Theatre / UK tour); On The Edge! (York Theatre Royal / UK tour); Night (Tristan Bates Theatre); The Answer (Park Theatre); Godspell (Derngate Theatre, Northampton); Ramblin’ Rose (Royal Theatre, Northampton); Maestro (Hackney Empire). Kevin has worked with the legendary Keith Johnstone (author of Impro) for over 25 years, taking the lead role in several of his plays including Damian and The Invitation at the Garrick Theatre in Calgary, Canada.

Directing biog
Kevin trained as a director at the Royal Court Theatre (thanks to a bursary) and is a past winner of the Rose Bruford Trust Directors Award. He has directed over 50 plays professionally, including several plays for the British Council in Singapore (both classic and contemporary) and numerous other productions in Hong Kong and Dubai. For two years, Kevin was the writer-in-residence at the Royal Theatre in Northampton, where several of his plays received world premieres. His play Who? was performed upstairs at the Royal Court Theatre, having won the Sunday Times Playwriting Award. Kevin has also worked with the legendary Keith Johnstone (author of Impro) for over 25 years –directing several world premieres of Keith’s plays in Canada, most notably the highly successful sell out production of Open Season. Over many years, Kevin has been a regular contributor to the work of the National Theatre; working as the comedy consultant on the education department’s production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream and teaching workshops in the NT Studio. Kevin’s passion for directing new writing and adapting classics has led him to direct and teach all over the world, including in New Zealand, America, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, Germany, Holland, France, the UAE, and Bali—not to mention at many top UK drama schools.
